Beth X Tom
Beth and Tom wed in the gorgeous seaside town of Deal in Kent, on a glorious March day.
March is one of my favourite months to shoot weddings. The transition between winter and spring mean the lighting conditions are at optimum levels, as well as the crisp air and fresh dew adding a unique touch.
The couple exchanged their vows at their home church, where they both worship and work. It was here at St George's that these two met, began dating and then got married. Tom coordinates the worship and Beth is a ministry assistant, you might say, this is a match made in heaven!
The service was full of romance and laughter, and it was clear how much these two are adored by their friends and family. You’d think being a wedding photographer I would have seen everything by now but alas there’s always room to surprise me! Beth’s maid of honour sung Beth down the aisle which was a beautiful touch and made the brides entrance that much more personal and moving.
Beth and Tom were a dream to work with, and I loved the couple shoot. The cobbled streets added an idyllic background for the photos. This couple's flare for life and laughter made for some beautiful candid images.
After the fun couple shoot, the newlyweds celebrated in style at the reception held at St George’s Church hall. Just as Beth made her big entrance, the couple exited the reception with a bang! Guests, armed with sparklers created a huge ‘love tunnel’ as the couple ran hand in hand into the next chapter of their lives.
Mr and Mrs Keenan, thank you for letting me capture your wedding story, you are amazing individually, but as a couple, you shine.
